All custom beats are delivered with a custom licensing agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the artist receives a non-exclusive license, granting the right to record, distribute, perform, and monetize the music across all major platforms.

Exclusive rights are available upon request and include full ownership of the instrumental, removal of the beat from future licensing, and unrestricted commercial use.

Licensing terms—including exclusivity, royalty splits, and publishing—are clearly defined prior to delivery to ensure transparency and professional standards.
